Life Coaching

Life Coaching removes the shackles that sit between the client and the ability to fulfil their full potential. Coaching will bring balance to all areas of life. I believe my clients have an in-built ability to solve their problems; my mission is to remove the hurdles that prevent change.

Youth Coaching

Young people are an inspiration and establishing a rapport is paramount. Exchanging ideas and developing are fundamental when promoting positive behaviour and successful performance. I can offer coaching and mentoring services for young people, having previously worked across mentoring services and instructor/teaching programmes. I advocate sharing experiences, rather than only dispensing advice. 

Relationships

I have been successfully married for over 25 years; my marital journey still continues to be one of the biggest challenges of my life! Working, with the complexities of human emotions has taught me that there is no blue print. Compromise, patience, and tolerance are just words unless acted upon. Communication provides perspective, every problem has a solution. I’m a firm believer of thinking less with your head and feeling more with your heart.

I am a keen supporter of health and well-being. My time spent as a Personal Trainer has led to a fundamental understanding of physiology. Twinned with a plant base diet I am well positioned to assist with improving your physical and emotional state. My approach is both simplistic and achievable, all I need is your commitment

Having launched and created a number of successful ventures I have a myriad of experience of start-ups. My coaching programme will increase your confidence, which in turn will enable your problem solving, allowing you to become more fluid in communication. Perspective will greatly improve time management, ultimately providing you with enough self -assurance and mental focus to grow your business.
